CoPath - Natural Language Search

In CoPath select Natural Language Search.  You can select FILE at the top, then Browse Items, then look for Natural Language Search (they are in alphabetical order).

Next, fill out each selection available for essentially is a report that searches for what you want. 

Here is the finished example screen-shot:

You will need to fill out:

1. Range for Accession Date
2. Specimen Class(es) - I selected S-R in the example I will send
3. Text Search - this is where you specify which text field using the provided Pull-down List.  I selected Final Diagnosis in the example I will send
4. Text Type to Print - Be sure to select the same field name you did the Search on if you want to see it.  I selected Final Diagnosis
5. Then, click OK to run the report; you will see the results which can be printed to a printer or a PDF file.
